Want your own private group sessions? Full Body workout sessions for all fitness levels, after one session with me I will know what your limits are, pushing you to them in a fun way each week!
Training together has never been more fun, with various equipment including Battle Ropes, Bosu Ball, Slam Balls, Kettle Bells, Dumbells, Olympic barbells, TRX and much more your workouts will always be varied and you will see your fitness goals progress!
Minimum of 6 people and a maximum of 20.
